Specifically designed for large-scale operations, their infrastructure guarantees stable, secure, and easily accessible performance.The group is a subsidiary of a CAC40 company with over 1,500 employees.Job DescriptionAs Compliance Manager, you report to the Legal Department and work within a team of 6 lawyers.Your responsibilities include:Managing and maintaining compliance frameworks such as anti-corruption and data privacy ;Developing, delivering, and overseeing compliance training programs for employees ;Conducting internal investigations related to compliance issues and policy violations ;Monitoring regulatory developments and updating compliance policies accordingly ;Collaborating with legal, HR, and business teams to ensure compliance standards are met ;Preparing compliance reports and participating in audits or regulatory investigations.This list is not exhaustive.The Successful ApplicantYou are a compliance lawyer or compliance manager with at least 8 years of experience within a legal department or law firm.You have proven experience managing compliance or in a related role.You have strong knowledge of anti-corruption laws, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and compliance frameworks.You have experience in training, conducting, and managing investigations.
