Manage valuable talent poolsProvide candidates for live vacancies, adding candidates to shortlists and subsequent recommendations during the life-cycle of the jobJob board application management to engage with the most placeable candidatesArrange candidate meetings and complete full registration process, recording all key dataJob Management:Manage all direct leads with prompt and consistent follow-up to effective conversion or, if not converted, referred to client acquisition colleague to maintain contact/engagementConduct full client job briefings and influence the process to increase the chances of successCreate job adverts to drive quality job applicationsEngage with recommended candidates throughout the job process from initial briefing, scheduling interviews, pre and post interview briefings, offer management and effective rejectionEffectively set and drive recruitment timescales and activities to increase the chances of success.Complete activities from CV send through to placementEffectively sell temp solutions on jobs (to be passed to the core business)Obtain testimonial details for all candidates going to interviewThe Successful ApplicantThe successful applicantExperienced Recruitment Consultants: If you have a proven track record in recruitment and would like to focus on Candidate Sourcing OR Job Management this is the job for you!
