Job Description

An Interim HR Coordinator to:

- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Participate in the recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates
- Manage HR databases and maintain accurate employee records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Support employee on boarding and off boarding processes
- Handle HR-related queries from staff
- Support across all ER activity

The Successful Applicant

The successful Interim HR Coordinator will have:- Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proactive and positive approach to tasks

- strong understanding of ER processes
