Wherever possible they work in partnership with other companies and agencies that share their values.Job DescriptionAct as first point of contact for HR across the business and externally to candidates, diplomatically and with a calm, professional manner.Assist across the full recruitment cycle from: developing and editing job descriptions, managing talent pipelines on our applicant tracking systems, administering the interview process internally with hiring managers and coordinating the HR aspects of onboarding.Communicate effectively and fluently at all levels to support the Head of HR across the whole People function and employee lifecycle including transactional HR like payroll, benefits administration and absence management, recruitment and retention, learning and development, career progression and pay, DE&I and longer-term engagement projects ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Produce HR MI and Reporting.Regularly meet with the Head of HR to plan and priorities the department's administration and work closely with Finance, IT and other department's line mangers on crossover projects and processes like payroll administration and onboarding new starters.The Successful ApplicantA minimum of two years' HR experience in a similar role, or in a HR Administration role, training or recruitment function.Already gained, or be working towards, a Level 3 CIPD qualificationExcellent communicator with the ability and confidence to build relationships with colleagues at all levels.Must have exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.A true desire to build a career in HR.High level of empathy but with ability to manage expectations and difficult conversations.Self-starter who can manage their own workload and take a proactive approach.Knowledge of Excel, HR databases and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyse basic data.What's on Offer£30,000 per annum, plus benefitsA supportive and inclusive work environmentOpportunities for professional development and growthGenerous holiday leaveA chance to be part of a forward-thinking financial services company in LondonWe encourage all eligible candidates who are excited to build their career in the financial services sector to apply.
