Job Description

  • Manage supplier payments and ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner.
  • Perform reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts.
  • Adhere to company's policies and accounting standards.
  • Engage in continuous professional development in the FMCG industry.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve any financial discrepancies.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance team in other duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Accounts Payable' should have:

  • Proficiency in using accounting software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry would be advantageous.
