Joining a dynamic and extremely fast-paced organisation, you will report to the Group Financial Controller and provide financial support and guidance to stakeholders across the business.Core responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Line management of 4 direct reportsManaging month-end timetable and ensuring deadlines are adhered toReview and analysis of month-end resultsPreparation of Group Management Accounts & Board pack, including commentaryPresentation of Monthly results to Group Financial Controller for final reviewEnsuring operational reviews are taking place on a regular basis and attending to support, as appropriate to drive improvements inGroup profitability and understanding of financial performancePolicies and proceduresUnderstanding and use of Group ERP systemReview of Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate completion and resolution of all issuesPreparation of budgets and forecastsSupport the Management Accounts team with workload.
