Job Description

Key responsibilities will consist of:

  • Handling customer requests in a professionally and timely manner
  • Accurate maintenance of Salesforce opportunities
  • Processing quotations and orders within 24 hours
  • Follow up quotations in a prompt & automatic manner
  • Clean order entry and handover to Supply Chain
  • Efficient and accurate processing of order amendments
  • Coordinate and manage daily schedules to ensure timely customer service delivery.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules to address any changes or conflicts efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure adherence to the schedule.
  • Maintain accurate records and update scheduling systems as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet customer service goals.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding scheduling performance.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in scheduling processes.
  • Assist in backfilling roles to maintain operational efficiency when needed.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will:

* Always on the lookout for additional sales & general business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and acts as a trusted advisor and the main point of contact.
* Engage in conversations to understand potential client's needs, and build rapport and trust.
* Provide relevant product information and insights that address potential client's pain points.
* Responds quickly to customer price and invoice queries following up every quote with accurate information.
* Territory growth by initiating cold outreach to potential clients through emails, phone calls, and social media.
* Gather insights from BDMs and Area Sales Reps regarding customer expectations, challenges, and feedback.
* Collaborates with Sales Support to ensure orders are processed accurately and any customer issues are responded to quickly.
* Ability to work quickly and with confidence.
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
* IT skills and experience using ERP and CRM systems.
* Accuracy and attention to producing high-quality work and completing tasks.
