Job Description

  • Oversee and manage sales activities within the property department to achieve targets.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the property industry.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Sales Negotiator should have:

  • A strong background in sales, preferably within the property sector.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
  • An understanding of the Slough property market is a plus.
  • The ability to work independently and handle a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Fluent in Panjabi, Hindi, or Urdu
