Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or live chat promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Update and maintain customer records with accurate information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Agent should have:
