Job Description

As Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Provide information and guidance on the company's services and policies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements.
  • Support team members in achieving departmental goals and service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Experience Advisor should have:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or similar position.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using software such as Microsoft and Junifer.
  • An organised and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to support team objectives.
  • Knowledge or interest in the Energy & Natural Resources industry (desirable).
