They are known for their professional environment and commitment to excellence in their field.Job DescriptionResponsibilities include:Providing legal advice on a variety of corporate matters including Franchising and Corporate Re-organisations.Acquisitions (SPA / Business Asset Purchases)Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage legal risks effectively.Assist in resolving disputes and managing litigation when required.Stay updated on changes in property law and provide recommendations accordingly.Support strategic initiatives with expert legal input.Maintain accurate legal documentation and records.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be likely to have at least 4 years PQE in England & Wales or another Common Law jurisdiction.
